Thank you for purchasing prints from Chris Randall Photos. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. Below is our return policy to help guide you through any issues that may arise.

Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, kindly provide the following:

  • A photo of the damaged or defective print.

  • A photo of the packaging it arrived in.

Once we verify the damage or defect, we will offer the following options:

  • A replacement print at no additional cost.

  • A full refund, including shipping costs.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong print or size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct print to be shipped at no additional charge. Return shipping for incorrect orders will be covered by us.

Return Conditions

Since each print is custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect orders. However, if you are unhappy with your print for any reason, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to find a resolution.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  1. Email us at chris@chrisrandallphotos.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Attach any relevant photos to help us assess the situation.

  3. We will respond within 2 business days to guide you through the next steps.

Refund Processing

If a refund is issued, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
