Light-filled residential interior with exposed brick, white sofa, and modern furnishings, photographed for property marketing in Connecticut

Property & Architectural Photographer in Connecticut

Photography for commercial, residential, and mixed-use spaces across New Haven and Connecticut.

Thoughtful property photography begins with an understanding of space, light, and purpose. I work with developers, property owners, architects, and organizations across New Haven and throughout Connecticut to create clear, accurate images of buildings and interiors that reflect how spaces are designed, used, and experienced.

My approach is grounded in photographing properties in a way that feels natural and honest, with careful attention to composition, light, and context. Whether documenting a new development, a renovated interior, or an occupied space, the goal is to create images that are visually strong and genuinely useful across websites, marketing materials, reports, and long-term documentation.

If you’re planning a new project or need updated imagery of a property or space, I’d be glad to talk through your goals and how the photography will be used.

I regularly photograph:

  • Commercial and mixed-use buildings, including offices, residential developments, hotels, and institutional properties.

  • Architectural exteriors, documenting buildings in their surrounding environment and at different times of day.

  • Interior spaces such as lobbies, common areas, apartments, hospitality interiors, and shared amenities.

  • New construction and recently completed developments for marketing, reporting, and long-term reference.

  • Renovated and adaptive-reuse spaces, capturing updates while respecting original design intent.

  • Occupied properties, photographed with sensitivity to how spaces are actively used by people.

  • Contextual details and design elements that support branding, leasing, and presentation material

  • For select projects, I also provide aerial drone photography to document site context, building scale, and surrounding environment when that perspective supports the project.

I often work on properties connected to larger organizations, including corporate offices and workplaces, nonprofit institutions, and educational campuses. In many cases, property photography is part of a broader visual system that supports how organizations communicate, document growth, and present their spaces alongside people, programs, and day-to-day work.

Every assignment is planned around how the images will be used, from marketing and websites to reports and long-term documentation. The goal is to create photographs that present a property with clarity and care, and that can be used confidently over time.

If you’re documenting a property, preparing marketing materials, or updating imagery, I’d be glad to talk through your goals and timeline.
